What we collect
When you request an evaluation, a selling plan or market information, we collect your name, your condo address and unit, your answers to our questions, your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request and to prepare what you asked for. We also use your answers to decide how soon to follow up. We don't sell your personal information.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve this site, we record anonymous usage, such as which steps of the questionnaire were reached. This uses a random code that exists only in your browser tab and is deleted when you close it. It does not use cookies and does not include your name, contact details, address or IP address. We keep these anonymous records for 12 months.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you opt in by ticking the separate consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Storage and access
Your information is stored securely with our database provider and is accessible only to authorized uncondo staff. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
